The Dow Middle East Intercultural Network (MEIN) allows employees who share a Middle Eastern heritage to connect with colleagues, exchange experiences, explore mentoring and career development opportunities, interact with senior leaders and much more.
The network plays a role in helping to bridge cultural understanding, particularly as Dow seeks to grow in the Middle East. MEIN has held global broadcasts on topics such as Introduction to the Middle East and Women Doing Business in the Middle East. It has also offered lunch time Arabic lessons. Additionally, MEIN participants have played an active role in hosting cultural exchanges, such as the Young Arab Leaders (YAL).
