The Hispanic Latin Network (HLN) supports the development of employees with Latin heritage, helping them to succeed and excel in their careers. Several employees at Dow have been recognized by the Hispanic Engineer National Achievement Awards Conference (HENAAC) as outstanding Hispanic American science, engineering, technology and math professionals.

Chapters around the world celebrate Latin heritage and culture, and hold a variety of site-wide events, workshops and language classes to help educate colleagues about Hispanic and Latin cultures.
