Formed in 2000, the Asian Diversity Network (ADN) provides a wide range of opportunities for Asian employees to meet new colleagues, interact with leaders, identify mentors and expand their skill sets. Today, the ADN has chapters around the world focused on helping to grow Asian leadership talent around the world.
ADN sponsors employee education workshops, mentoring programs and cross-cultural education offerings. A number of tools and tips are available to help increase understanding about doing business in Asia. The ADN also offers an External Speakers Program, bringing in industry leaders from a variety of fields to share their experiences with ADN participants.
