Mark Bradley

Mark Bradley obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Faculty of Law, Queen's University, in 1984 and his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from University of Western Ontario in 1982. After working in law firms for a number of years, Mark joined the Dow Chemical Canada Legal Department in Sarnia, Ontario in 1989. In 1995, he transferred to the Midland office and focused mainly on financial law. In 1999, Mark was appointed Secretary and General Counsel of Dow Canada and moved to Calgary, Alberta. In June of 2004, Mark was seconded to the newly formed joint venture, MEGlobal, and became their General Counsel and Secretary, located in London, England. In February of 2006, Mark returned to Dow Chemical Canada ULC in Calgary and is currently the Secretary and General Counsel. Mark has also recently been appointed Secretary and General Counsel of Union Carbide Corporation.
