We.nnovate represents a group of efforts implemented by Dow to increase collaboration among company, employees, clients, universities, and other partners. This platform supports our innovation culture by promoting and recognizing the best ideas, from new products to suggestion on how to make processes more efficient.
Innovation Networks: an open discussion group for which Dow employees can volunteer to participate in periodical conversations on the subject. About 30 participants become innovation ambassadors within their own work groups to help spread new knowledge, ideas, and practices discussed within the network.
Innovation Award: an internal program that awards the most innovative projects in different categories, including market focus, sustainability, breakthrough, creativity and team spirit.
Innovation@Dow: an exclusive communications channel for innovation, in which employees can suggest ideas for improvement. All suggestions are evaluated and prioritized by a special committee and Dow leaders. Those responsible for the ideas that are implemented get recognized for their contribution.
LACA (Latin America Customer Academy): sessions that brings together Dow specialists, clients, and market experts in order to study new opportunities through the collective development of innovative applications and solutions.
