Innovation in Patents Registration
An important way to demonstrate the investments Dow makes in Research and Development is raising awareness about the several patents we currently hold. Over the last decade, The Dow Chemical Company registered over 400 innovation projects worldwide. Since 2006, our global patent registration has tripled. Dow also acknowledges how important it is to register local patents to recognize production at the national level.
Brazilian associates in the field work in five state-of-the-art laboratories throughout Brazil ―two in São Paulo, two in Jundiaí, and one in Mogi Mirim― that are part of Dow's global R&D collaboration network.
