SUMP BUDDY* WT Antimicrobial Time-Release Tablets are used to control microbial growth in smaller cooling towers. Tablets contain the active ingredient 2,2-dibromo-3-nitrilopropionamide, commonly referred to as DBNPA, a biocide commonly used in large recirculating and once-through cooling towers. This novel tablet continuously releases biocide for a three-week period, making cooling tower maintenance more convenient.
