Karen Kay is the Business Manufacturing Leader for Dow Biocides and ANGUS Chemical Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Dow Chemical Company, with responsibility for all internal and external chemical manufacturing. Karen is also site leader for ANGUS operations in Sterlington, La.

Karen began her career as a process engineer for ANGUS in Sterlington, where she held a wide variety of positions and roles. In 2004, her global improvement role was expanded to include Dow Biocides’ business manufacturing sites, and in 2005 she became responsible for Sterlington site engineering. She was appointed to her most recent role as site leader for Dow’s Allyn’s Point site in Connecticut in 2006.

Karen holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from The University of Alabama.
