Global Supply Chain Leader,
Dow Biocides and ANGUS Chemical Company
Bryan Kitchen is the Global Supply Chain Leader for Dow Biocides and ANGUS Chemical Company, a business unit and wholly owned subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company respectively. Bryan is based in Midland, MI where he is responsible for creating and implementing supply chain strategies with a focus on delivering margin expansion, improving supply reliability and enabling growth plans. Additionally, Bryan leads the launch and institutionalization of the global Executive Sales & Operations Planning (ES&OP) work process which is designed to harmonize plans for the sales, production, inventory and financial functions. Bryan also manages the impact of planned acquisitions and lead operational synergy efforts.
Bryan joined Dow AgroSciences in 2000 working in the supply chain function. During this time Bryan held various planning and leadership roles at both the regional and global level. Bryan also played an active role in the Rohm and Haas Ag division integration and in the implementation of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) as well as aligning global supply chain sourcing plans with the business strategy. Most recently, Bryan relocated to Midland, MI and led the implementation of ES&OP for the Specialty Latex business. Bryan also assumed the role of global supply chain improvement leader for Dow Coating Solutions and led the NAA Performance Plastics & Chemicals (PP&C) supply chain improvement team.
Bryan holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Anderson University, Anderson, IN and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
