The Amino Alcohols are a series of neutralizing amines with wide base strengths that provide guaranteed compliance with the most recent European Union rulings as well as pending rulings in ASEAN on secondary amine and nitrosamine content of raw materials used in the manufacture of cosmetics and personal care products.
