Specialty Amines
The reaction products formed from our family of PRIMENE™ amines are highly soluble in hydrocarbons and offer outstanding thermal oxidative stability. These features along with the controlled reactivity they exhibit make them ideally suited as building blocks for a wide variety of specialty additives. These additives in turn offer un-matched performance in everything from extreme pressure/anti wear protection in gear oils to UV stabilization of polyolefin films. They are also used “as-is” or as components in processing aids used in a variety of applications including as anti-foulants, corrosion inhibitors, solvent extraction liquors and diesel fuel stabilizers.
