Amino alcohols possess the properties of both amines and alcohols. These versatile chemicals are used as multifunctional additives for Paints & Coatings, sources of alkalinity, corrosion protection and emulsion stability for metalworking fluids, neutralizing amines for water treatment, biological buffers, and as neutralizing and buffering chemicals for personal care and cosmetic products.
