Mike Emery
Regional Commercial Mike Emery is the regional commercial manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa (MEAF) for ANGUS Chemical Company. In his position, he is responsible for coordinating all business efforts in the region and providing administrative and business leadership for all employees in the customer application center in this region. Mike joined Dow in Horgen, Switzerland in 1985 working as a technical service and development (TS&D) engineer within the organic chemicals unit. In 1990, he became European marketing manager for polyglycols. Mike was named global business development manager for polyglycols. He became western European sales leader for specialty chemicals, ANGUS and Dow Biocides in 2000 before being named to his current role in 2006. Prior to joining Dow, Mike worked as a development chemist within the research and development division at Courtaulds Ltd. in the United Kingdom. Mike holds a bachelor of science (honours) degree in colour chemistry from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom. |
