ANGUS provides a range of specialty chemicals that serve as excellent pigment dispersants for clay, titanium dioxide and calcium carbonate pigment. These chemicals improve neutralization, rheology, pH stability, odor control and color acceptance. Useful as powerful co-dispersants to prevent re-agglomeration of pigments, these chemicals contribute significant benefits to the overall performance of the coating. AMP™ Co-Dispersant and Neutralizing Amine, the flagship product from ANGUS, helps you get the most out of a multifunctional amine by enhancing overall paint performance.

 

For regions concerned with low- or zero-VOC classifications, AEPD™ VOX Multifunctional Amine is the product of choice from ANGUS. A primary amine, AEPD VOX is classified as a non-VOC multifunctional amine in Europe and Asia Pacific and considered a low-VOC in the rest of the world. Additional key benefits include a low-odor, high boiling point, non-yellowing characteristic, and low vapor pressure.

 

ANGUS also provides a range of specialty additives for paint and coatings, including DMAMP-80™, ALKATERGE™ and ZOLDINE™ product offerings. ALKATERGE products are used as corrosion inhibitors, emulsifiers and dispersants. ZOLDINE MS-PLUS Moisture Scavenger is used as a fast-reacting, low-viscosity oxazolidine-based water scavenger.
