Dow Performance Monomers Announces Price Increases

Dow Performance Monomers announced that it will increase the off schedule prices in North America and Latin America for the products listed on the chart below, effective January 1, 2010, or as contracts allow.

List pricing for the four Hydroxy products will also be increased by U.S.$0.15 per pound. List pricing will not be increased for any of the other products.
These increases are necessitated by the continuous cost escalation of key raw materials, primarily propylene, acetone, and ammonia.
