The Honorable Barbara Hackman Franklin, President and CEO of Barbara Franklin Enterprises and Former U.S. Secretary of Commerce, has served as a Director of The Dow Chemical Company since 1993. She was previously a Director from 1980 to 1992. Currently, Ms. Franklin serves as the chair of the Audit Committee and is a member of the Governance Committee and the Executive Committee.
