The Executive Leadership Committee manages the corporation as a whole and is responsible for defining and implementing a strategy to maximize long-term shareholder value. It sets the Company's strategic direction, defines priorities, establishes corporate-wide policy and manages governance and enterprise-level decisions for TDCC.
